Get your Personal API key on the Garmin Connect website. Use your own account’s key, not your Garmin password.

    Sign in to Garmin Connect

    The link opens Settings → Personal API Key in your browser. Sign in if prompted.

    Create your key

    Select Create Key, review Garmin’s terms and accept if you agree. Choose an expiry—30, 90 or 180 days, or one year—then select Create.

    Copy it before you leave

    Garmin shows the key only once. Copy it and keep it somewhere secure, then select Done. The field here is for that Personal API key.

Lost, expired or deleted your key?

Return to Garmin’s key page to create a replacement. If you lost an existing key, delete it first. Deleting a key also disables its access tokens.

Garmin Wraped is an independent MINI WATT project. Each visitor connects only their own Garmin account using their own Personal API key. Garmin Wraped is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin.

Your key is exchanged with Garmin by this site’s server over HTTPS. The server retains no activity or health records. A secure, encrypted connection cookie expires after 20 minutes and is cleared when the import finishes or you disconnect. Visitors have separate connection sessions. Tabs in the same browser share a connection cookie; import one account at a time.

The recap lives only in this tab’s memory. Refreshing or closing the tab removes it. “Clear my data” removes the recap, export preview, and connection cookie. Downloaded PNG files and shares you send remain on your device or in the receiving app.

Daily steps, sleep and resting heart rate are included automatically when available. Sharing any health card requires a separate confirmation for that card. Exports contain only the shown metric and approved copy: no names, Garmin identifiers, source references, or precise locations.

Activity dates use your automatically detected device time zone. Daily steps and sleep use Garmin’s recorded calendar days. Missing measurements are omitted. A complete API import means all pages returned for the requested date window; it cannot establish that Garmin holds every activity you performed.

Application error logs contain request IDs, route names, error codes, and timings only. Cloudflare hosts this app and processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver it and limit requests. No advertising or analytics SDK is installed. Fonts load from Google Fonts.

Disconnecting does not revoke your Garmin key. You can revoke it on Garmin’s key page.
